Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions (datacenter/hyperscaler a plus).
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs.
