STONE & Fields is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Agent in the Greater Houston area. This on-site, full-time role represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, guiding property selection, pricing, and negotiations.

Responsibilities include showings, contract preparation/review, inspections, appraisals, and managing timelines. You will generate leads, nurture client relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of real property laws and regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, buying, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
• Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Houston with reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple transactions.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and basic software.
• Previous experience in the Greater Houston real estate market is preferred.
