The ideal candidate will have substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents, with admission to the Texas bar. Responsibilities include handling US project financings, Holdco financing, and tax equity financings in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Admission to the Texas bar is required.
• Preferred class years are 2022-2018.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects.
• Manage construction to back-leverage financing.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Texas
