Service Wire Company seeks a Plant Manager in Houston, TX to lead manufacturing and distribution operations for end-to-end supply chain activities. You will ensure production, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving cost improvements and inventory accuracy.

The role requires leadership across procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and order fulfillment, with a focus on safety, standards, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and procurement to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals
• Drive a safety-first culture and implement SOPs
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Oversee warehouse/inventory management and material flow
• Align production with material availability and optimize turn rates
• Lead daily production and logistics meetings and monitor KPIs
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and company policies
• Manage and develop team members and cross-functional partners
