  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years in Plant Manager or senior operations leadership roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for operational challenges.
  • Coach and mentor supervisors and managers; build organizational capability.
  • Foster employee engagement through communication, accountability, and development.

What You'll Do

As Plant Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the manufacturing facility while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

  • Collaborate with Engineering on new product introductions, automation, capital investments, and process improvements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and managers while building organizational capability.
  • Foster employee engagement through effective communication, accountability, recognition, and professional development.
  • Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present operational performance updates to executive leadership.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

  • Electronics, battery manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience.
