We Are Legal Revolution in the Houston area is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in a contingency practice to handle a litigation-heavy docket from intake through resolution.

Join a practice that emphasizes substantial responsibility, frequent depositions, and direct ownership of case strategy from early litigation through settlement or trial, with a six-figure base salary and biannual bonuses.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation in a contingency practice.
• Demonstrated litigation skills including deposition work, motion practice, and strong legal writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit and litigated personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value, and drive litigation strategy and next steps.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and fact witness depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and trial as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the life of the case.
