Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our plaintiff's practice in Houston, Texas. The attorney will handle motor vehicle liability and auto accident cases in litigation, representing plaintiffs in Houston and nearby areas with emphasis on trial preparation and trial.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active TX Bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of Personal Injury/auto liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for reports and affidavits.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
