Job summary

Q-Edge Corporation, Foxconn invites applications for an OA/Onsite Engineer to support enterprise manufacturing systems at the Houston facility. The role covers SAP, MES, SCADA, and local IT infrastructure with emphasis on uptime, efficiency, and collaboration with global IT teams.

You will troubleshoot, document, and optimize production systems, while coordinating IT and manufacturing projects and delivering end-user training and SOPs. Onsite work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, IT, CS, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting SAP, MES, and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Infrastructure & End-User support for desktops, devices, printers, VPN, and network access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Support SAP, MES, and SCADA systems; manage system configurations and user roles.
• Perform incident management via ticketing system and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate IT and manufacturing system projects; support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
