• Solid understanding of off-site event logistics and dietary management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of catering clients including corporate accounts and private events.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and tastings to drive new business and retain accounts.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals and pricing packages.
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Negotiate contracts and close bookings for a wide range of event sizes.
