• Prior new home sales experience or proven sales success in other industries
• Proven metrics and sales results (e.g., percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards, quantifiable accomplishments)
• Professional communication skills
• Strong team collaborator
• Willing and available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the home buying process, striving to exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Actively use the CRM system to implement marketing initiatives and to keep in touch with prospective buyers and referral sources
• Showcase model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
• Master every detail of your community, including home sites, floor plans, and amenities
• Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting
• Collaborate with teammates, including other NHCs, online sales and the marketing team
• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, brokers, lenders, businesses, and other sources of buyer referrals
