CBD Kratom is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee growth and daily operations across three Houston stores. You will lead a high-performing team, champion brand loyalty, and enhance the customer journey in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for long periods and able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize business opportunities to drive KPIs.
• Train and develop the team in cannabis/kratom product knowledge.
