Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Membership Liaison to grow the Detroit CWH membership, engaging with the local creative scene and promoting Soho House’s culture.

You will recruit members, plan events, build partnerships, and work with the Membership Committee to ensure an inclusive community. This role requires travel and evening/weekend availability.

Join a global hospitality group and help expand Soho House presence in Detroit.

Qualifications

• Strong connections in the creative industries to network locally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with tact and empathy.
• Charismatic, confident, and creative with a natural ability to network.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple events and relationships.
• Experience in experiential marketing or events is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador promoting Soho House values in Detroit.
• Recruit new CWH members monthly and support growth targets.
• Engage with the local creative scene and build partnerships.
• Plan and execute events and activations with the events team.
• Maintain member database and track outreach.
• Collaborate with the Membership Committee to ensure an inclusive community.
• Provide updates and insights to improve member experiences.
