Job summary

The Yay Company is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Houston, responsible for day-to-day operations in a commercial kitchen. You will oversee food production and ensure quality standards are met across school locations.

This hands-on position requires strong leadership skills and experience in kitchen operations. If you have minimum 4 years in food production, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in kitchen or food production operations.
• Experience with batch production, food safety, and inventory management.
• Needs to be located in Houston or commute there.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations at the commercial kitchen.
• Manage call-out coverage and kitchen decisions during production hours.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to Yay standards.
