Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright Foreman Leadman for field leadership on complex machinery installations and relocations. You will direct millwrights, riggers, and helpers, plan lift and rigging, and ensure safe, on-schedule project execution across sites nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in industrial milling/rigging, strong troubleshooting skills, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on industrial millwright and/or machinery rigging experience.
• Supervisory or crew-lead experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and own field assignments.
• Strong planning/sequencing for multi-person industrial crews.
• Proven experience in machinery installation and relocation.
• Rigging background with forklifts, skates, chain falls, jacks, rollers, gantries, hoists, and related gear.
• Experience developing lift plans and machinery-move plans.
• Proficiency with precision alignment tools and measurement devices.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, OEM manuals, and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with project managers and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on industrial millwright foreman operations and field work with minimal supervision.
• Supervise daily work of millwrights, riggers, helpers, and apprentices.
• Lead installation, relocation, alignment, and commissioning of machinery.
• Plan sequencing to maintain schedules, safety, and quality.
• Develop and review rigging/lift plans before equipment moves.
• Verify load calculations and rigging methods meet capacities.
• Perform machinery rigging and field alignment using appropriate tools.
• Set and anchor machinery on foundations and bases.
• Coordinate with project management and other trades on site.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior crew members.
• Maintain safety, productivity, and accountability standards.
