Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an industrial maintenance technician to diagnose and repair heavy equipment, weld components, and fabricate parts in an on-site plant environment. You will dismantle and assemble mills, conveyors, crushers, and rotating machinery, interpreting blueprints and safety guidelines.

The role requires the ability to work from procedures, direct maintenance tasks, and support preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a skills assessment
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industrial skilled trades
• Ability to work daily/overtime and respond to call-outs; preventive maintenance focus

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, assemble, install, and fabricate equipment: mills, conveyors, crushers, and rotating machinery.
• Diagnose faults and repair mills, pulverizers, crushers, and conveyors.
• Rig, move, and set heavy equipment safely.
• Decide whether removed parts should be salvaged or scrapped.
• Repair and improve metal components using welding and cutting processes.
• Work from blueprints or directives to complete tasks.
