• Clinically trained healthcare professional preferred.
• Experience in neurorehabilitation, acute care, rehab, LTACH, ICU, or case management.
• Strong knowledge of discharge planning and post-acute continuum.
• Clinical liaison or healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, ICUs, case managers, social workers, and physicians
• Conduct clinical reviews and screenings for admission appropriateness
• Coordinate admissions and care transitions
• Execute territory and census growth strategies
• Track referral activity and market trends
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
