Qualifications

• 5+ years managing or leading ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Exposure to permitting and approvals within the City of Houston.
• Direct experience with City of Houston permitting and plan approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects.
• Interpret plans, perform take-offs, and develop scopes of work.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
