Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience with a GC.
• Experience estimating ground-up commercial projects.
• Background across K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Religious, or similar commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes of work, and construction costs.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with estimating software and construction technology.
• Local Houston market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for ground-up commercial projects.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients throughout the estimating process.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and construction costs.
