The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in fulfillment/logistics, 2+ years in warehouse supervision, and strong analytical and leadership abilities, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fulfillment operations and logistics.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervision and people management.
• 2+ years of quality control, productivity/quality monitoring.
• Experience with B2C/B2B deliveries in large facilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization for deadlines.
• Technological literacy across multiple business systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach a team of warehouse associates to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Conduct floor audits, pick/pack accuracy reviews, and cycle counts.
• Monitor KPIs: units per hour, on-time shipments, inventory shrinkage.
• Promote workplace safety and ergonomic practices across warehouse zones.
• Assist in budget planning for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Lead team check-ins and communicate policy updates and priorities.
• Oversee workflow across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
• Ensure proper operation of forklifts, conveyors, scanners, and maintenance tasks.
• Hire, onboard, and develop staff; manage performance cycles.
