Job summary

GoSharps LLC is expanding its Houston sales team, seeking energetic Medical Sales Representatives who thrive on in-person outreach and relationship-building. This is not a desk job and focuses on new business across the Houston market with daily in-person prospecting.

You will conduct consultations, present services, and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, aiming to meet monthly sales goals and secure new contracts. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build rapport with everyone you meet, including gatekeepers and decision-makers.
• Highly active, results-oriented position with strong goal achievement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation in a formal business environment.
• Previous sales experience valued but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• In-person consultations & presentations of our services.
• Developing long-lasting relationships & following-up with prospects.
• Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted.
• Daily in-person prospecting of medical offices in the greater Houston market.
• Setting appointments with practice managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers.
• This position is primarily focused on new business as opposed to upselling or maintaining current accounts.
