Job summary

Epcon is seeking an Execution Manager to oversee the planning and field delivery of pipeline technology projects in Houston, TX. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and technical personnel across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role involves pre-mobilization planning through closeout, requiring strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Occasional Saturdays and travel to project locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline operations and field execution.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Effective communication with clients, field teams and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% to project locations.
• Proficiency in using project scheduling and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans and schedules for field deployments and installations.
• Coordinate mobilization, site readiness, equipment, and workforce requirements.
• Ensure safety documentation, training, and customer requirements are met before mobilization.
• Lead kickoff meetings and oversee execution across locations.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to field conditions and priorities.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs and execution reporting.
• Serve as primary client contact for project execution and updates.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
