Job summary

Trajan Wealth is seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor in the Houston Metro. This W2 role focuses on expanding a local presence and scaling a business with Trajan's growth engine, including in-house marketing and client development teams.

Ideal candidates leverage our seminar platform to build trust, generate new client relationships, and expand Trajan’s footprint while delivering fiduciary, comprehensive wealth management guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Securities licenses required (Series 65/7/66 or equivalent).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• 5+ years of financial advisory or investment experience.
• Experience with retirement planning clients and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead educational retirement and financial planning classes in the Houston area.
• Expand a client base via seminars, referrals, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with internal planning, client service, investment, and marketing teams.
• Build trust and convert attendees into long-term clients through a consultative approach.
• Design customized strategies integrating investment, tax, and estate planning.
