Job summary

Trajan Wealth is seeking entrepreneurial Financial Advisors to lead market development nationwide, with flexibility on base locations outside Arizona. This W2 role focuses on building a market, establishing a presence, and scaling a business, leveraging seminars to generate clients and then utilizing Trajan's full growth engine.

You’ll work with an in-house marketing agency, client development teams, and a robust CRM and operations infrastructure to drive opportunities and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clean BrokerCheck/U4 record required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Licenses: Series 7/66/65; professional designations (CFP/CFA/ChFC/CIC/CIMA).
• State Life and Annuity license required.
• 5+ years of financial advisory or investment experience.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Experience working with retirement planning clients.
• CRM experience with at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive work style aligned with fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educational Seminars within your territory.
• Establish and grow a local market presence.
• Collaborate with planning, client service, investment and marketing teams.
• Design and implement retirement, tax, and estate strategies for clients.
