• 4+ years in executive search or related professional services.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Ability to develop new client relationships and open new accounts.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development to establish Confidence Executive Search in Houston and the U.S.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients with executive hiring needs.
• Build relationships with CEOs, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Lead executive search assignments from intake to placement.
• Develop proposals, present solutions, and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Represent the firm at business events and shape go-to-market strategy.
