Job summary
Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and administration in Houston, TX. Qualifications
- Four-year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years’ construction experience in design, finance, and management.
- 2+ years of experience with a commercial electrical contractor.
- Proficiency with Fisk’s software: Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, and AIA Contract Documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, and construction drawings.
Responsibilities
- Review owner contracts and ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing the master project schedule and quality control program.
- Assist with contract buyout within 90 days.
- Help develop site safety and site quality programs.
- Develop site logistics plans and participate in punch list processes.
- Coordinate owner training and prepare O&M manuals and warranties.
- Assist with project cost management and budget adherence.
- Update schedules and participate in planning meetings; identify risks.
