Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Houston, TX office. You will serve as the principal representative for the administrative and technical management of the construction project.

The role requires coordinating with estimating, owners, designers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality. The successful candidate will lead master schedules, review budgets, and support project profitability while upholding Fisk’s values.

Qualifications

• Four year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• Experience with commercial electrical contracting.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project administratively and technically.
• Supervise contract administration, document control, change orders, submittals, procurement and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Estimating during pre-construction.
• Interface with owners, A/E, suppliers, and subcontractors on constructability/value engineering.
• Ensure safety, quality and profitability goals.
• Develop master project schedules and GMP or Lump Sum contracts.
