Qualifications

• Four-year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years’ construction experience in design, finance, and management.
• 2+ years of experience with a commercial electrical contractor.
• Proficiency with Fisk’s software: Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, and AIA Contract Documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost and quality control, and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review owner contracts and ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing the master project schedule and quality control program.
• Assist with contract buyout within 90 days.
• Help develop site safety and site quality programs.
• Develop site logistics plans and participate in punch list processes.
• Coordinate owner training and prepare O&M manuals and warranties.
• Assist with project cost management and budget adherence.
• Update schedules and participate in planning meetings; identify risks.
