Job summary

BODYROK Sculpt and Cycle in Houston seeks a Community & Operations Manager to be the face of BODYROK in West University and to keep the studio running day-to-day. You’ll own community partnerships and local growth, oversee Studio Advisors (front desk/sales), and manage payroll for all studio staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, grassroots/local marketing, or membership growth.
• Experience managing staff and payroll/administrative operations.
• Self-starter with ability to develop growth plans from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive client visits.
• Own local marketing through events, partnerships, and activations.
• Drive the new-member funnel from first visit to membership conversion.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and front desk/sales team.
• Manage payroll for all studio staff accurately and on time.
• Represent BODYROK on social media and in person; track metrics.
