Job summary

BODYROK is seeking a Community & Operations Manager to lead the West University studio and drive local growth. You will own community partnerships, oversee Studio Advisors, and manage payroll for all staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong relationship-building, local marketing, and people-management experience in a boutique fitness or service environment, with a passion for turning community connections into memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement or local marketing with a bias toward relationship-building.
• Experience managing staff and handling payroll/administrative operations.
• Ability to build growth plans from scratch and execute them.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive client visits.
• Own local marketing and events to raise BODYROK visibility.
• Drive new-member funnel from first visit through conversion to membership with front desk alignment.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations related to Studio Advisors and front desk/sales.
• Manage payroll for studio staff with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee local social media and community engagement online and in person.
• Track and report on community/growth initiatives and studio metrics.
• Represent BODYROK's brand and values at community touchpoints.
