Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in trial preparation, oral argument, and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to manage day-to-day demands of complex litigation.
• Graduates from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admitted to The Texas Bar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trial preparation, including witness preparation and briefing.
• Take and defend depositions as part of complex commercial litigation.
• Support discovery, document review, and written advocacy.
