Qualifications

• JD from ABA-approved law school and Texas Bar in good standing.
• 2nd-3rd year associate with experience in complex business litigation.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings, motions and court filings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct written and document discovery in state and federal cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings including TROs.
• Conduct/defend depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Appear for status conferences and motions in court; participate in settlement conferences.
