Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations-management experience.
• Experience managing industrial repair, manufacturing, rotating equipment, or related technical operations.
• Strong background in steam turbine or comparable rotating-equipment repair.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop and field operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules to optimize personnel and equipment.
• Monitor production, quality and customer commitments.
• Oversee estimating and project planning for repair and service work.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operating results.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures and quality processes.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Travel as needed to support operations and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
