mslogisticsltd is seeking an Export Operator for our Houston office in Texas. In this role, you will coordinate export shipments globally, ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-term customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and excellent problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for communication with partners, scheduling pickups, booking tank containers, and maintaining shipment information in our systems. The position offers competitive salary, bonuses, and a supportive family culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in international transportation or the logistics industry.
• Experience in the Tank Container Industry is desirable but not essential.
• High ability to solve problems and seek alternative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with trucking companies, shipping lines, and customers.
• Coordinate and schedule pick-up of bulk liquid products.
• Book tank containers with steamship lines.
• Issue instructions for export/import shipments.
• Work closely with overseas offices regarding shipments.
• Establish good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Update and maintain shipment information.
