Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one US jurisdiction.
2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm serving commercial clients.
Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage customer, supplier, and other commercial agreements.
Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions and business initiatives.
Support dispute resolution and assist with discovery as needed.
Develop and deliver training on legal, contractual, and compliance topics.
