Job summary

You will lead paid ads, content, SEO, social, and email campaigns, manage vendors, and build in-house AI-driven marketing processes to drive lead generation and conversions.

This role reports to the CMO and owner, offers hybrid work, $80,000 base with a $20,000 performance bonus, and is a chance to shape a technology-forward law firm.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing experience, preferably in professional services or law.
• Experience running paid lead generation or paid search with cost-per-lead awareness.
• Ability to build and manage a referral or business-development program.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly marketing plan and lead generation targets by practice area.
• Lead generation vendors: selection, tracking, and optimization.
• Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta campaigns) end-to-end.
• Oversee digital presence: website, Google Business Profile, directories, reviews, email, and social channels.
• Develop and execute content and video calendar with attorneys and AI tooling.
• Manage intake alignment, cadence, and reporting.
• Maintain advertising compliance with attorney guidance.
