Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related human services field, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess a valid NC driver's license. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human service field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in the human services field, preferably with transition age youth.
• Valid NC driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide office and field-based case management for a rapid re-housing program.
• Deliver direct client services to promote self-sufficiency, community integration, and housing permanency.
• Complete related documentation and maintain caseload records using the TIP model.
