Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in human services, at least two years in homeless services, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in human services or related field required.
• At least two years of case management experience with homeless population.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing stability case management and assist with housing vouchers.
• Monthly resident contact via in-person or virtual visits.
• Assist with rent payments and public benefits support as needed.
• Document all interactions per HRA requirements.
• Provide referrals to employment, health, and financial services.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
