Salary: USD20 - USD25 per hour

A nonprofit services network in New York City is seeking a Wellness Coach to serve supportive housing communities in the Bronx. The role focuses on helping residents access community resources, manage care plans, and receive compassionate, hands-on support in a single-site setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: 10am to 6pm
• Setting: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide case management support to an assigned caseload of residents
