Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with housing applications and eligibility.
• Educate participants on lease terms and tenant rights.
• Connect individuals to financial assistance programs.

Skills

Experience in housing support services

Knowledge of HUD and housing assistance programs

Strong case management and service coordination skills

Proficient in social determinants of housing instability

Experience with individuals with disabilities

Education
