The role supervises staff, develops new services, maintains records in HMIS and CRM, and guides program operations with a focus on trauma-informed care and equity in service delivery. A 2-year background in human services plus a Bachelor’s is required, bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, public health or management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines; strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure ongoing development and daily operation of Homelessness Prevention Programs.
• Assist in creation and implementation of new programming and support services for families at risk of homelessness.
• Supervise staff including conducting regular meetings and performance reviews; mentor case management staff.
• Lead recruitment, hiring and training for services staff; develop onboarding and ongoing training.
• Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff to deliver positive participant experiences.
• Conduct audits of databases (HMIS, Launchpad, Dataverse, Salesforce) and ensure quality assurance.
