Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in human services or related field.
• Bilingual and bicultural in English/Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience providing strength-based case management and connections to community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreens and intakes to determine eligibility and needs.
• Develop goals and service plans to help families remain stably housed.
• Maintain a flexible caseload with one-time financial assistance and ongoing case management.
• Provide referrals and connections to community resources and public benefits.
• Advocate for housing stability and tenant rights, including landlord mediation and legal services.
