East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a compassionate Family Advocate - Housing to support families toward stable housing and improved well-being. In this role you will provide hands-on case management, conduct community outreach, connect clients with housing resources, and help families navigate housing, health, and self-sufficiency challenges.

• Minimum of one year of experience in human services or a related field.
• Knowledge of community resources and service systems.
• Strong assessment, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized case management services focused on housing stabilization and self-sufficiency.
• Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to connect eligible individuals and families with services.
• Maintain accurate client records and enter data into HMIS and other required systems.
• Collaborate with internal programs and external partners to coordinate services and improve client outcomes.
• Support grant-funded initiatives through data collection, reporting, and program compliance activities.
