Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Liaison in Farmington, MO, to assist individuals with housing needs and crises. You will collaborate with local Continuums of Care, help connect clients to housing resources, and support transitions toward stable housing.

You will engage in outreach to homeless or at-risk households, refer to behavioral health and employment services, and support case management teams with housing-related data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent case management experience.
• Certified/community support qualifications via multiple eligible paths as listed.
• Background check including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and households with housing crises or homelessness.
• Attend Coordinated Entry/Case Conferencing with local Continuum of Care.
• Refer and transport clients to behavioral health, substance use, physical health, and employment services.
• Build relationships with landlords and educate on community programs and referrals.
• Assist with housing stability referrals and use SOAR to obtain benefits.
• Help clients move toward permanent housing options and document data as required.
