Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Farmington, MO seeks a Housing Liaison to help individuals meet housing needs and connect them with local resources. You will work with clients on housing stability, referrals, and navigation of community programs in a compassionate team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Continuums of Care, assembling housing options, and supporting transitions to permanent housing while maintaining client dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or relevant housing case management experience.
• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support per approved program.
• Qualified to provide Community Support per guidelines (various combos).

Responsibilities

• Practice Housing First, harm reduction, and low-barrier service models.
• Attend Coordinated Entry/Case Conferencing meetings with local Continuum of Care.
• Outreach to households in housing crisis or homelessness not engaged in CPR/CSTAR.
• Refer or transport clients to behavioral health, physical health, and employment services.
• Build relationships with landlords and educate on community programs.
• Assist clients in applying for benefits via SOAR.
