Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Housing Specialist to work within a multidisciplinary team to implement permanent supportive housing for clients in Arizona. You will collaborate with housing agencies and landlords to secure safe, suitable placements and provide field support to clients.

The role requires driving and coordinating through the housing process, with emphasis on client safety and appropriate placement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of behavioral health experience across settings.
• Minimum six months recovery from addiction or mental health conditions preferred.
• AZ Driver's License in good standing and clean MVR.
• Fingerprint clearance required; SOAR certification preferred; VI-SPDAT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement permanent supportive housing.
• Coordinate with community housing agencies for temporary and permanent placements.
• Provide in-field client support and liaise with landlords to ensure safe, appropriate placements.
