You will compile data and reports for funders, manage housing applications like RAFT/ESG, and support clients through the rental process while maintaining client records and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience providing services to low-income populations.
• Experience in housing services is preferred.
• Knowledge of housing resources and housing rights issues.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with databases.
• Committed to strong customer service and self-initiative.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• CORI & SORI required within 30 days of hire.
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Aspire to LSWA/LSW licensure within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized housing plans with clients.
• Provide case management to a caseload.
• Assist with housing applications and paperwork; survey rental market.
• Coordinate moves to permanent housing and maintain landlord relations.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ENGAGE data.
• Prepare reports on outcomes, challenges, and successes.
• Conduct home visits and monitor progress of housing plans.
• Provide referrals to WIC, LIHEAP, SNAP, furniture, clothing, food pantries.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies.
