Job summary

HELP of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas is seeking a Housing Services Manager to oversee daily operations of the Housing Services Department, supervise staff, and manage administrative processes and reporting.

The role reports to the Housing Services Director and supports information and referral programs, ensuring program goals align with budgets and funder requirements. Occasional remote work may be approved by the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with background in Social Services, Management or Leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening; random drug screenings.
• Must have a current NV driver’s license and clean DMV record; quarterly Driver History Reports are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction & supervision to HS supervisors and employees, prepare evaluations, provide training and coaching on documentation and performance improvement plans.
• Utilize staff and resources to meet agency goals for the HS program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HS program(s) and staff.
• Collaborate with the HS Director and Compliance Team to ensure client files are audit ready for funder monitors.
• Coordinate with Finance Team to ensure HQS inspections are completed and rents submitted timely.
• Ensure programs meet budgets and deadlines for reports to executives and funders.
• Participate in hiring HS employees and verify timesheets, leave approvals, and annual evaluations.
• Represent HELP at interagency meetings and state/national HS conferences for networking and information gathering.
• Produce and analyze client data for dissemination to community entities.
• Provide information about HELP of Southern Nevada and its services to partners.
