Qualifications

• BA/BS in Social Work or related field required; MA/MS strongly preferred.
• Must have minimum 2 years of program management and administration experience.
• Must have minimum 2 years of training and supervising staff.
• Proficient in creating and analyzing reports and business correspondence.
• Strong ability to present information to groups of managers, employees, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, direct, supervise, develop, evaluate, and manage staff daily.
• Conduct regular meetings, supervisions, and trainings to motivate staff and build team.
• Ensure staff follow safety rules and THC policies.
• Provide leadership and direction for department programs and projects.
• Participate in management team leadership and strategic planning.
• Oversee operations and services to meet program objectives and outcomes.
