Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas. You will handle customer enquiries, ensure rent is paid, and let homes quickly to maximise income, while resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.

You’ll work with partners to resolve issues swiftly and contribute to positive neighbourhood outcomes. The role requires presence on patch 2-3 times per week with occasional travel to Hull and Middlesbrough

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations and remaining respectful.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries, ensure rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.
• Help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.
• Delight customers and turn them into fans and advocates of Thirteen as landlord of choice.
