Job summary

Ampact's Heading Home Corps seeks a Housing Resource Navigator to support Minnesotans facing homelessness or housing insecurity. You will help participants access housing resources, support goal setting, and develop action plans while engaging with community partners.

You will meet participants regularly, provide guidance, and track progress, receiving training and ongoing development within a mission-driven nonprofit.]

Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email and navigating online).
• Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.
